There’s A LOT of information out there when it comes to Assistive Technology!
It can be overwhelming knowing where to start or where to go next.
Wherever you are in your journey, know that I am here to support you and your child!
I’ve worked in the field of Special Education since 2007. From a classroom Special Education Teacher, Orton-Gillingham Tutor and Assistive Technology Specialist. I’ve worked with students of all ages from elementary school to college.
My passion continues to grow with helping students build their confidence and independence with accessing their curriculum.
As a mom to two under five, you’ll often find me at a local park, Farmer’s Market, or exploring a new spot here in San Diego!
I love connecting with others who are also passionate about spreading awareness of Dyslexia.
I’m on the Board of Directors for our local branch of the International Dyslexia Association as well as a member of:
- The International Dyslexia Association (IDA)
- The Center for Effective Reading Instruction (CERI)
- The Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA)
